He started his career in 2006 and is a 4th generation master builder. Has a BSc Degree and a PGDip in project management from the University of Stellenbosch. He has been involved in multiple projects in various countries
Bongani Khumalo,
General Manager
He worked his way up from a junior engineer all the way to General Manager, understands all aspects of site operations and what is required to execute a project successfully. Bongani is a believer in lifelong learning and is currently completing his Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has managed many projects over the course of his lengthy career. This experience enables him to keep a level head under the most challenging of situations and makes him a valuable member of the A2L Africa team.
Ephraim Dlamini,
Estimating Director
He is well-known in the eSwatini construction circle with a reputation of precision, dedication and confidence that comes from experience. He has worked at a leading construction company since 1997. He is also a registered member of EAAES
Mkonzi Ngoma,
Commercial Manager
A self-motivated individual with a decade’s experience in quantity surveying. He has a sound understanding of different contract types, project cost management and software.
Johnboy Mthethwa,
Finance Manager
With 10 years' experience in the construction industry. He is currently pursuing his MSc degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Copperbelt – Zambia.

Is enthusiastic about integrated communications, PR, marketing and events management. With over 10 years' experience in the construction and manufacturing industries, she brings to the table proven success in developing brand strategies.
Simon Chilambe,
Supply Chain Manager
10+ years of professional experience specializing in direct and indirect procurement, lean manufacturing, and global sourcing strategy. A proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar supply chains for world-class organizations. A strong background in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with C-level executives. Chilambe has been serving as a supply chain manager in various companies and industries, from retail to construction projects.
Daniel Luwaya,
Construction Manager
Responsible for supervising the construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He collaborates with other managers, specializing in various project aspects, and is involved in all project phases from planning to completion. Daniel has over 10 years' experience.
